At Zion Foods, we take great pride in the quality of our bakery ingredients. Due to the food-grade and perishable nature of our products, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:
- Damaged in Transit: The product packaging is significantly torn, leaked, or damaged before it reaches you.
- Defective Product: The product does not meet quality specifications or has manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect Item: You received a different product from what was ordered.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Products with minor cosmetic dents or scratches on the outer packaging that do not affect the internal product quality.
- Returns initiated due to "change of mind" or "personal taste preference."
- Products purchased during a Sale or Clearance event.
2. Reporting a Claim (Mandatory Unboxing Video)
To protect your purchase, we require customers to:
- Report within 24–48 hours: Any issue must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing Video: As per industry standard, a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label and the damage/incorrect item is mandatory to process any refund or replacement claim.
3. Refund Process
Once your claim is submitted via info@zionfoods.in and approved by our quality control team:
- Approved Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
- Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if only one item in a bulk combo is damaged).
4. Replacements
Instead of a refund, you may opt for a free replacement of the damaged or incorrect item. We will ship the replacement at no additional cost to you within 3–5 business days of approving your claim.
5. Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse for a full refund.
- After Dispatch: Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), Zion Foods will bear the return shipping costs.
- If a return is accepted under special circumstances not related to damage, the customer may be responsible for both forward and reverse shipping charges.
